 This site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours.  Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third-parties.

 

This site sometimes may offer contests, sweepstakes or promotions that are sponsored by or co-sponsored with identified third parties.  By virtue of their sponsorship, these third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the contest, sweepstakes or promotion.  We have no control over the third-party sponsors’ use of this information.  This site will notify you at the time of requesting personally identifiable information if third-party sponsors will obtain such information.

After gathering any user information, we offer users the opportunity to remove their information from our active database so as not to receive future communications and/or to no longer interact with the website until they later choose to visit the “members” section of the site and amend the instructions they have previously provided. CSLP and we also provide users the opportunity to update and modify any information they have previously provided by visiting the “members” section of and updating and/or modifying the information previously provided.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online. 

Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this privacy notice.  Inadvertent disclosures may result, for example, when third parties misrepresent their identities in asking the site for access to personally identifiable information about themselves for purposes of correcting possible factual errors in the data.

 

8. Children’s Privacy Policy

Children under 13 may not be fully capable of understanding the consequences of giving out personal information online.  Therefore, MassMutualCenter.com does not intentionally solicit any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.  Accordingly, children under 13 years old may be restricted from participating in certain activities and transactions on MassMutualCenter.com.

Areas on our site directed to children under 13 will make every effort to prohibit a child from posting contact information.

We will not entice a child under 13 by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in that activity.
