Senior Sales Manager
The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Manager is to sell the MassMutual Center. There will be a focus on both new business development as well as strengthening relationships with existing accounts to achieve targeted revenues through pro-active direct sales, including prospecting, outgoing solicitation, outside sales calls, appointments and site tours of the MassMutual Center. The position will also assist the Director of Sales in overall department strategic planning, contract approvals, and sales reporting.
Ticket Office Cashier
It is primary responsibility of the Ticketing Representative to perform a variety of duties including ticket sales to all properties, for internal shows, events, exhibits, and attractions. The Representative will provide exceptional guest service, exceed guest expectations, cash handling, and service recovery
