Accessibility

MassMutual Center is committed to accommodating all guests. Examples of accommodations include accessible seating, listening devices, and service animals.

Accessible Seating

Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased from the MassMutual Center Box Office by calling 413-787-6600 or in person from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for accessible seating can also be purchased on the internet at massmutualcenter.com. Subject to availability at the time of purchase, MassMutual Center will make this seating available to patrons with disabilities and up to three (3) of their companions.

If you have purchased, or otherwise acquired, a ticket to non-accessible seating, and you require accessible seating, MassMutual Center will attempt to accommodate you and your companions if accessible seating comparable to what you purchased remains available. If such seating is not available, you and your companions will be offered available accessible seating in a non-comparable location. We advise that all accessible seating requests be made in advance. Exchanges of non-accessible seating for tickets in accessible seating are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you need to exchange a ticket or have any other ticket questions, please contact the MassMutual Center Box Office at 413-787-6600.
