The MassMutual Center Box Office is located on Bruce Landon Way between Main Street and Dwight Street. Please note the Box Office is open Mondays from 10am - 2pm by appointment only.

Normal Box Office Hours (September – April)

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Summer Box Office Hours (May – September)

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Box Office hours will be extended on event days. The Box Office will be open two hours prior to any event start time. 

The MassMutual Center Box Office sells tickets exclusively for MassMutual Center. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

Age Requirement

All individuals two years or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into MassMutual Center. Children under two years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap. Please note, specific events require children one year old or older to possess a ticket. Please call MassMutual Center for event-specific information.

Ticket Ordering Information

Tickets for events at MassMutual Center may be purchased in person at the MassMutual Center Box Office, online at, or by calling 413-787-6600.

For some events, tickets may be purchased through entities affiliated with the specific event.

There is a 50-cent charge per ticket purchased at the MassMutual Center Box Office.

All tickets are subject to a facility fee at all points of purchase. This fee is not always listed in the advertised price which is set forth by the promoter. All purchases made online or charge-by-phone are subject to additional services charges. All fees are subject to change.

  • Debit Cards
  • Checks: Accepted with proper identification and must be presented at least seven days prior to an event. This includes:
    • A valid driver’s license
    • Address on check must agree with license
    • A phone number

If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a valid photo ID and confirmation number. No third party will-call or alternate pickup will be accepted at the MassMutual Center Box Office. No name changes will be accepted day of event.
