The hospitality does not end when you leave the venue, it can be found throughout the Pioneer Valley. The Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau has done a great job of creating a first-class Hospitality Program for our guests. Whether it is welcome signs throughout the city or a hospitality table at your event, we will supply you with all that you need from dining maps, and Visitor Guides to calendars of events. Our Hospitality Ambassadors are there to welcome your guests and assist visitors during their stay.
