The Springfield Thunderbirds are entering their 10th year in the American Hockey League and their fifth season as the primary affiliate for the National Hockey League's St. Louis Blues. 

With playoff berths in 3 of their last 4 seasons, including the 2022 Eastern Conference championship, the T-Birds have become the marquee pro sports attraction in Western Massachusetts boasting one of the best home-ice advantages in the AHL.

In addition to the team accolades, the club has been recognized at the AHL level as the Team of the Year for overall excellence on and off the ice in 2022, while breaking Springfield hockey records for average attendance in each of their past five seasons.
