The first 500 Thunderbirds ticket members to act will have the opportunity to secure their concert admission for a members-only, add-on rate. (i.e., if you have two T-Birds full season tickets, you are eligible for two add-on concert admissions.) Thunderbirds membership holders should contact their Thunderbirds representative at (413) 739-4625 on how to upgrade their ticket.

T-Birds 10-Flex Membership holders can redeem a maximum of two (2) flex vouchers (per account) to unlock the ability to purchase concert add-on admissions. If you need more than two concert admissions, you can buy additional full-price combo tickets that include both the game and the concert.

No. You have to buy the combo ticket. The single ticket will get you into the hockey game starting at 5:00 PM and then the same ticket will get you into the concert after the game.

No, the concert is standing room only in the MassMutual Center Exhibition Hall. The hockey game is assigned seating.

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into MassMutual Center, a guest may not exit and re-enter. In order to gain access to the venue, the guest will need to purchase a new ticket.
