The MassMutual Center is kicking off the new year with a high-energy January lineup featuring family entertainment, live sports, and meaningful community events, following a standout December that closed 2025 on a major high note.

December highlights included welcoming the Harlem Globetrotters to Springfield for their historic 100th Anniversary Tour, where the team was honored with a proclamation declaring “Harlem Globetrotters Day” in the City of Springfield, joined by State Representatives and a citation from the Massachusetts Governor’s State House — all in the Birthplace of Basketball. The month also featured the Basketball Hall of Fame Classic, where UMass Amherst defeated Boston College 76–74 in their first matchup in 11 years, and a sold-out Breakfast with Santa that brought hundreds of families together to celebrate the season.

With that momentum carrying into 2026, January brings another packed calendar at the MassMutual Center.
