MassMutual Center Celebrates Record-Breaking Breakfast with Santa Event Raising Over $7,000 for Springfield Boys & Girls Club
Springfield, MA – January 7, 2026 – MassMutual Center is excited to share that its annual holiday event, Breakfast with Santa, saw record-breaking attendance, selling out and raising more than $7,000 for the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. Held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, the event was a joyful celebration of the season, uniting the community for a morning filled with festive fun and charitable spirit.
“We are incredibly thankful to have had such a strong turnout for this year’s Breakfast with Santa,” said Sean Dolan, General Manager of MassMutual Center. “It’s heartwarming to see families come together to celebrate the holidays while supporting such a meaningful cause at the same time.”
The MassMutual Center’s Convention Center Ballroom welcomed more than 460 guests for a festive holiday breakfast with Santa Claus. The event featured a delicious spread of pancakes, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and a variety of other tasty treats, creating a memorable experience for families.
Chris Hayes, General Manager of OVG Hospitality, added, “Oak View Group Hospitality is proud to have played a part in supporting the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. Partnering with the MCCA, MassMutual Center, and MGM Springfield to help them achieve this goal is an important part of our commitment to serving the community in which we operate.”
In addition to meeting the Jolly Old Saint Nicholas, guests also received free admission to the 25th Annual Festival of Trees, where more than 100 beautifully decorated trees were donated by local businesses, organizations, and individuals.

"A special thanks to our friends from the MassMutual Center for gifting the proceeds to children’s programs at the Springfield Boys & Girls Club. Their support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of local children and families."
The MassMutual Center is grateful to all who contributed to the success of this year’s Breakfast with Santa. Special thanks to Sunshine Laundry for generously donating all event linens, helping create a festive and welcoming venue, USA Waste & Recycling for sponsoring 28 Springfield Boys & Girls Club members, giving them the opportunity to take part in this memorable holiday event. Additionally, we appreciate CM Concessions for donating the proceeds from cotton candy sales.
Thanks to the funds raised, the Springfield Boys & Girls Club will continue to provide essential services and programs that benefit local youth, ensuring they have access to safe spaces, educational opportunities, and enriching activities.
