Springfield, MA - The Springfield Thunderbirds are proud to announce the six guaranteed dates they have received from the American Hockey League for the 2021-22 AHL season. The season kicks off with the home opener on Saturday, October 16th! Along with the news of Opening Night is the announcement from Governor Baker's office that Massachusetts businesses will be allowed to open 100% starting on May 29th. That means be on the lookout for a sold-out crowd on Opening Night! The guaranteed dates are listed below:
