Supervises: Food & Beverage staff
Summary: Responsible for promoting, booking and managing Food and Beverage events, specifically for “short term” bookings. Negotiate with the Client on rates and terms of the contract. Plan, organize, and control events within the facility as assigned and monitor the logistical interfacing of these events. Duties will include event management tasks after events are booked through their conclusion.
Reports to: Concession Manager
Summary: The Concessions Cashier is responsible for greeting guests in a pleasant manner while filling food and beverage orders. The Concessions Cashier will operate the Point of Sale system and collect money for purchased food and beverage items.
Reports to: Catering Manager
Summary: Catering Waitstaff is responsible for serving guests in the venue dining areas at catering functions. Catering Waitstaff must be personable and able to work in an ever- changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
Reports to: Floor Supervisor
Summary: The Concession Line Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The Concession Line Cook must adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. Portion control, food waste and sanitation are additional areas that the Concession Line Cook must be aware of while operating in the concession stand.
Reports to: Director of Operations & Operations Manager
Summary: The Zamboni Driver will operate the Zamboni to maintain the ice sheet surface. Responsibilities will include changing fuel tanks, changing blades (as necessary), emptying the holding tank, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the machine. Driver will also handle Ice Maintenance (Edge & Chop at least once per shift, and as needed thereafter to maintain level edges and a smooth surface). The Zamboni Driver will also perform general repairs and maintenance.

Reports to: Technical Coordinator
Summary: He/She will be responsible for handling events, which also includes coordination, follow-up, and other work with different departments and the guest as a lateral service for the success of the event. The technician will be required to work on flexible shifts and work long hours to the benefit of the event.
