A native of Nanuet, NY, Frank is no stranger to the culinary world. Upon completing a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales in Charlotte, NC, having spent 5+ years in the industry he has held positions as Front of House Manager, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef. Before joining The MassMutual Center in 2016 he worked in such notable restaurants as Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant Emeril’s Eatery and Dale Earnhardt’s Whisky River. Most recently he was the Executive Sous Chef for Spectra Food Service and Hospitality at BB&T Ballpark in Charlotte, North Carolina. During that time he catered numerous high profile events including Cam Newton’s “Kickin it with Cam” in 2015 and the Triple-A All-Star Weekend.
Chef Cronin believes in celebrating the ingredients he uses by showcasing them in their highest fashion. He has said, “Eating should be a journey I would like to take everyone on.”
Chef Cronin holds certifications in ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association, Federation of Dining Room Professionals, and Green Chef Blue Ocean for Sustainable Seafood.
