Preshow Experience.  Meet some of the characters and take part in some of the interactive activities! Ticket price is $20 and all Preshow Experiences MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A TICKET TO THE SHOW.

- Any tickets previously purchased for the original 6:00 p.m. show time will be honored at the new 5:30 p.m. show time. 

Refunds due to the time changes can be requested as follows:  Online and phone purchases, please call 855.278.4667.  Tickets bought at the Box Office will need to return to the Box Office.
