Event Details:
• Doors Open at 9:00 AM
• Graduates will enter via the front entrance of the venue at the corner of Main Street and Bruce Landon Way
• Guests will enter via the Main Lobby Entrance (ticket office) on Bruce Landon Way
• Adhere to social distancing (remain 6 feet apart) as much as possible.
• No bags allowed
• No balloons
• No umbrellas
• No outside food or beverage permitted
Parking:
Free parking is available at the MGM Springfield Parking Garage, and paid parking at the Civic Center Garage on Bruce Landon Way. Other alternative parking options are available with the Springfield Parking Authority. The parking garage does not accept credit cards.
Ticket Reminders:
Please remember to download and add your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps prior to arriving at MassMutual Center. Please visit our Mobile Ticket FAQ page for assistance.
Policies & Procedures:
- Due to capacity restrictions, only graduates’ twelve(12) e-ticketed guests will be admitted to attend. This will be strictly enforced on site.
- Graduates: Please remember to transfer your twelve(12) guest tickets to via Ticket Transfer
- Mobile tickets should be downloaded and added to the Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps prior to arriving to the MassMutual Center
- Please have your mobile ticket ready to be scanned on your phone and accessible as you await your entrance into the MassMutual Center.
- We understand there can be many questions, and we’re here to help! Click here to submit a request and a member of our ticketing team will be in touch as soon as possible to answer your questions.
- Participate in social distancing (remaining 6 feet apart) as much as possible
- Per CDC & MA DPH guidance, fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks.
- To reduce the person-to-person contact, all events will utilize mobile ticketing only. Please download your tickets to your phone prior to arriving to the MassMutual Center. Click here to login to your account to access your mobile tickets. Do not print your mobile ticket.
- Please do not attend the event if you or someone close to you is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive in the past 14 days
- Please do not attend the event if you have had "close contact" with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 and have not completed the required quarantine period
- Please do not attend the event if you are currently required to self-isolate or quarantine by your doctor or a local public health official
- No communal gathering or reception either before or after the graduation
- Flowers will be available for purchase inside the MassMutual Center
- All guidelines are subject to change based on the CDC, federal, state, local and venue-specific guidance. We will communicate any changes to you as soon as they are confirmed.
